Our in-person learning programs offer a structured classroom environment where students benefit from face-to-face instruction, peer interaction, and individualized support. With small class sizes and dedicated educators, we ensure each learner receives the attention and guidance they need to excel.
Remote / Online Learning
Learning from anywhere has never been more effective. Our remote/online learning platform offers the same quality instruction as our in-person program, with the flexibility students need to balance academics with personal and family schedules. Live sessions, interactive lessons, and digital tools create an engaging virtual experience.
Tutoring
EPIC Prep Academy offers both in-person and online tutoring options to support students in reaching their full academic potential. Whether your child thrives in a one-on-one setting or prefers the collaboration of a small group, we provide flexible tutoring solutions tailored to their unique learning needs. Our experienced team focuses on building confidence, reinforcing key concepts, and creating a supportive environment for growth—no matter the subject or skill level. Electives
Learning goes beyond the basics. Each Campus offers a variety of options for Electives throughout the year such as Farm/Ranch, Art, Music, Equine class, Sports, Nutrition, Martial Arts, STEM, Sign Language, Beginning Finance, Robotics, Coding, Introduction to Drones, Home Economics, and much more.
Summer Package
EPIC Prep Academy Summer Programs offer a fun, engaging, and enriching experience for students during the summer months! 🌞 With a variety of hands-on activities, exciting electives, and opportunities for growth and exploration, our summer sessions are designed to keep kids learning and thriving outside of the traditional school year. Dates, times, and electives vary by Learning Center location, so families are encouraged to reach out for center-specific details.

Course Description: Agriculture and Homesteading Course
This course is designed to teach students about the ranch and how to master the day- to-day duties. Students will get to work with livestock, learn about soil health, water filtration, gardening, harvesting, cooking, fishing, weather, how to build fence structures and so much more. This course is the perfect blend of fun and education!

Course Description: Small In-Person Sessions for Homeschool Students
This course is created for micro schooling students in a small group setting of 1:10 ratio, where our Academic Coaches get to spend more individualized time and attention with each student. These courses are designed to provide instruction for math, science, social studies, ELA, character building, business entrepreneurship, Bible Lessons, and Life Skills.
We believe that a well-rounded education is important. We provide activities and learning instruction that develop skills that are necessary as your child grows. Some skills that we include in our classrooms include learning to identify and how to use tools, how to write and send letters, household chores, how to change the oil and tire on a car and much more!
We also understand the importance of networking and create opportunities for professionals in the community to teach our students about their careers. This could be done by allowing professionals to visit our center or allowing EPIC Prep Academy to attend a field trip at their workplace.
Elective Courses: Locations and Days/Times Vary
Our goal is to offer as many elective courses as possible. These courses could be online or
in person. Some of these courses could include art, music, character building,
business/entrepreneurship, Coding and Computer Classes. Our elective courses are $350
and are offered once or twice per week, depending on the elective chosen.
Payment of Tuition and Fees:
All services are offered to all K-12 online students as well as in-person. The
Responsibility Party hereby agrees to pay tuition and fees for the following package(s) in
the amount as stated:
Academic Tutoring Services:
Registration Fee: $50
Hourly: $65 per hour
Standard Package: 8 Hours $520
Premium Package: 16 Hours $960
All tutoring hours expire at the end of the semester.

EPIC Package 4 days a week $1,000/month
Includes in-person classes and weekly meeting with the Academic Coach.
